I captured my opponent's queen very quickly; the opponent resigned after four moves and my rating did not change.  Please explain. 

It might be that not enough moves were made Bob. its very unfair if that is the case!

Seems a bit unfair,but points wise,ther does not appear to be to much between you.anyway i,ve played u and im sure you will fight your way back onto a higher rating soon,as i know that u r a better player than your rating suggests.
