I get disconnected for no reason

I get disconnected every once in a while. It has right now disconnected me and I will probably lose the game I'm seriously winning. :(

 Right now, chess.com tells me 0 live players. Why?

Thier site prob down right now, I was just in a tourny and got booted. IT really sucks paying 14 bucks a month and get disconnected all the time.

server just crashed or something, 0 people online.

They should figure out how to scale when there is a sudden spike. If the game statuses are saved, it may be a little less awful.

I doubt the games are saved... That would be talking about saving like 8000+ games.

Yet another crash from the amateurs at Chessdotcom IT.

It's like once or twice a week that I get disconnected in the middle of a game.

They should pay their IT people some real money instead of wasting it on 3 hour videos they dump in the video library and nobody watches.

I just upgraded, maybe I should ask for a refund and go ply elsewhere. I'm not ok with this happening once a week.
