I got cheated

I was playn wid dis player  from Pakistan... my game ws vry sound & in better position. Time left wid ME ws 9 sec. & he had 7secs which suddenly in fraction of secs bcame 13secs. HOW was dis possible???? I was CHEATED in a winn'n game........pls do da needful!  :(

I think what happend its called lag ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lag).

You have not been cheated. No one can cheat by getting more time.

Also you should not mention you opponent name when you accuse someone of cheating.

 Yes i have experienced this many times, and i think everyone has at least once...Nothing to get upset about. These things happend.

I've been accused of cheating because of the time increments before (he said that because my time went up each time I moved I must have been cheating, failing to notice the time control of 15 minutes with 15 second increments) maybe this is the what he is referring to. If not then it is the lag which is not cheating either.

that's why i avoid playing live chess - especially in the short games, the lag problem gets too annoying.

in fast game if i estimatate my opponents move can i hold my tool with mouse and drop it in place as soon as i se his clock stop or mine getting red

?

 I think you might be referring to Alt+F4.  That might give you an advantage in DC.
