I have played 3 years in chess.com now and still has some major problems with these problems, first every time i play a game no matter what time,i get time bugs like if i play one minute game i end up losing on time almost every time cuase the oponents time are running slower hmm now you think i am crazy =) but it does for me , and some times the clock freezes and blinks and time is added to my oponent and yes it does happen too, even sometimes the board freezes total and i cant move for some time and when and if i can the time is out any way for me, i have reported this before but nothing is happening , i struggle to get my rating up cuase if i win on checkmate a cuple of games i still loose more on time cuase of this. Any one more in this site who has same problem it isnt just as simple as lag cuase it should not affect it outcome this way in time ? i have clocked some games and its about 15 to 30 sec or longer than it should be if played otb game with a clock??

Hey Callaway123,

I'm really sorry to hear about that :-( This actually sounds like a case of internet lag. Have you been able to check our FAQ article on that?

I found a serious bug during a chess match. In the play of number 42 moved the pawn to the house G4, but my opponent managed to eliminate it by putting a pawn on move HxG3 ... How is this possible?? Please check this problem. The game was against "anbu7921" on 04.03.2014....

This is a special move called En Passant.

It is a legal move.  More info can be found here...
