We all know why Live Chess is around: so that we can play with people, chat with people and have fun with people LIVE all over the world. It gives us lots of experience, and we can learn from our mistakes.

But, why do I see three computers of different difficulty levels (EASY, MEDIUM, HARD) 24 hours in Live Chess? What I'm trying to say is these computers are not real people. They have been programmed to make good moves and win the game.

For me, playing the computer too many times can become stale. After a while, you'll realise that the computer has been making the same old moves to a particular opening. For example, for a white king-pawn move, the computer will either play the Sicilian or move his king pawn.

I'm here in Chess.com to play with the world. The world of REAL people from different countries, not a world of computer infestation.

So why not place those computers in the 'Play the Computer' section? We can choose which computer we want, either 'LittleChessPartner' or those three computers. Levels can be chosen, and we can set our own times in there.

How is that, everyone?

The only really good feature of the comps is that if you offer a seek they will accept every time. If there are few players at your level, challenge a comp :)

Just my view, but ...

Having computers in Live gives those that spend ALL (or most) of their time in Live a chance to have an opponent at any hour of the day - without leaving the comfort of Live Chess, so-to-speak. It's a feature that some love. For the rest of us, we can choose simply to ignore them.

However, the computers will play so very often that the ratings they display will be quite robust ... therefore offering you a way to test your skills against a known opponent. Still, it's not everyone's cup of tea, so feel free to ignore them.

i like the computers they are good

Well, for me, I have been playing those computers too many times, so it becomes quite stale (for me). It may be different with others, but this is what I feel...
