Whenever I join a tournament and is waiting for it to start I usually just want to play a game of chess. But when I am looking for a dot on the live chess grid, it shows nothing and I can't play a game while I wait. Why is that?

Give us a link or screen snapshot, I'm not sure what you're referring to exactly.

I am doing this on my iPad so idk if I did it right, my computer is not working

I don't use an iPad so unless someone with a clue jumps in contact the staff directly via Help & Support. You need to describe your OS, browser and ISP if you want as much help as possible

The site doesn't show seeks after you join a tournament. This is intended.

You may have noticed that many players join within the last minutes before tournament starts, now you know the reason why.

Ah ok because I can't click on there green dot when I join unless I withdraw. Now I know
