I have enjoyed the ability to play chess on my phone using the chess.com mobile application, however because of what I consider an overly restrictive fair play policy I don't think I will be able to continue. I understand the motivation behind preventing disconnects, but I have not intentionally disconnected from games, and it isn't even that the signal strength is low. It is just that when my phone switches signals between different wifi broadcasts (which it does quickly) the connection becomes lost and now I can't play games more often than every 5 minutes because it won't reconnect when my signal is back (which generally happens in a few seconds). This seems like a shortcoming of the application because again my signal strength is very strong, it is just that the app cannot handle a brief disconnect and reconnect while I am playing. I don't know if this is the right place to suggest a change to the application but I know that unless this changes I will not be able to play on mobile anymore.
