someone your level should be trying to castle as soon as possible. also, you should try not to move the same piece twice in the opening. also, developing your minor pieces before making a lot of pawn moves is a good idea as well.

you did miss a free pawn (14. Rxg7). you also could have taken a free knight by taking advantage of the pinned pawn on g7 (19. Rxh6).
