Here is one of my games played in the Paul morphy style. A lot of sacrifices, some blunders and some beautiful postional manoeuvres. it was a 5|10 blitz. A treat to watch!

Great!Your improving!
i really am. thanks.

That was kind of unhealthy to witness...
I like your style... watch out against better players though
thanks.

I don't recall Paul Morphy's style being to blunder away all his pieces and then wait for his opponent to return the favor. :-)
it was blitz. so all u do is break down opponents nerves.Scare.terrify.petrify opponent. i remember paul morphy saying this.
uneeb123
beautiful combination...

Blitz or not, blundering away nearly all your material for no compensation is not what Morphy would have done.

I'm sure Paul Morphy wouldn't be really proud of that. But well done nevertheless
Perhaps in his youth he would have done that!
sure!

that is a nice game and good style....but it is not usefull all the time..

I know you are "new" to chess...but I kept thinking...Black wins this game? I have no clue how white could finish the game so poorly to lose. I'm sorry to be Simon Cowell here: but that was aweful! Not in the slightest bit like Paul Morphy. It was really, really bad play by Black...Really bad, and the annotation you acted like it was some grand scheme coming together when you wrote "and finally".
How he should have played....ur...Mr. Morphy
Option #1:
Option #2
And if we were to take the horrific Na3 move, you've blundered so many pieces that he should still win easily with 2 knights, a bishop and a rook vs. your queen.
I don't think so!

epic lolz?!

Doesn't 33. Ne5 pretty much win anyway?
ErnieErnster
that gane was umm.... kinda uh....
super_panda
well, many moves could have brought White the victory in this game. Black played really badly, and was lucky not to play against someone that knows the game a little bit more.
