yes.  I think they still say they havent perfected it yet.  It does not happen all that often, sorry.

What probably happened is that his clock ran down on your screen after he'd submitted a move because of lag time.  Watch when you're in a time scramble and you're under 20 seconds (so that the clock displays tenths) some time and you will see that the server adds time to your opponent's clock every once in a while to compensate for lag in the connection.
