i can not believe i lost my game my opponent is already out of  time 5times pls. do something chess com apart from disconnections  problem another case occured you call this one a lag? but pls. do something to avoid this.How about my points can i still recover it?thanks

Don't complain just because you "saw" the clock go down to zero. This occurs because of lag, and I'm sure your opponent "saw" the same thing happen to your clock.

for everyone points are important but winning the  game the is very very important from a nice game and fair game.
