So I had almost a 1000 score and then I played another game and I had 657 roughly. Can anyone fix this 

Only you can fix that--through practice, hard work, and study.

 I looked and the situation he's referring to is this:

He had a 980 rating, then he WON a game and lost over 300 points.

it was 997 but yea

You are looking at two different ratings.  The game you won was blitz at 5|0 time controls, but all of your other games were quick at 2|0 time controls.
