But when did this happen Roamingbull ?
None of your recent games show losses by time ??

16 May 2012, the game shows two moves. I lost on time....per the record. What actually happened, is I moved my bishop, then waited for him to move. He did not, and I thought he had abandoned the game. I checked the browser by clicking on other sites to be sure I had not lost service as this has happened before. But all was OK on my end. When the time expired, It showed a loss to me on time. Even though the whole time I stared at the board waiting for him to move, and watching the clock tick down on his timer.
When you go to view the game, it does not show MY last move....and to anyone looking at it, other than my word, it would appear that I had abandoned the game.
lph
You were playing live chess match, the "lag time" even though you may have made a move it doesn't appear on database, I've experience that on my old computer, like you said you're sitting there saying to yourself "why won't this person move" and at end of the match it show you losing on time

Typical example of internet "lag" Its inevitable. Its the slight delay time caused by signals from your computer getting to his. It happens all the time in bullet for me. There are just some times where the lag is longer than normal.
Not a bug. Just Lag :)
I found the match

That really sucks, its too bad they cant fix that. That "Lag" was the whole game, about 13 minutes! If thats the case, Lag just gives out a free win from time to time. Merry Christams early for someone I guess.
Thanks for the answer.
WOW 13 minutes you must be using dial-up or really a bad connection, what type of brower are you using i hope you are not using Internet explorer
No, I honesly think this time this was a flub on the site. I use Firefox with Verizon Broadband. Its 3G in my area, and at times, I will admit it is bad...I have lost several games due to the connection being interuppted, or my connection being disconnected. But this time, it was on one of its good moments, and there was nothing wrong with it.
Im chalking it up to one of those things....
