I'm just wondering if it's me or if this as a problem everyone is having.

I can't seem to connect.. Or it just doesn't load (you know, the loading popup, but then it keeps on loading.)

OR I get a 502 Bad Gateway error..

I'm having the same problem.

I'm new to site and cannot find "Create a Seek" button, or even a "Seek". I want to specify a longer time control, which Create a Seek is supposed to allow. This is in Live Chess, where everyone is playing speed chess.  Help?

I also cannot find a "create a seek" or a "seek" button. i can only click on "start a game" and take whatever time and opponent the computer (seemingly) randomly assigns.

If you are having problems in the Live Chess you should try using the "Control R" keys to do a hard refresh in the Live Chess as this may correct any problems you are having. Also, you should make sure you are using the latest version of whichever web browser you choose to use as this should also make a difference in the quality of the Live Chess.
