title pretty much says all, because my computer is slow, meaning that I always lose games on lag and so my rating is bad, so I don't really care about quick ratings, I expect I am not alone.

If you have lag, then guess what you do? You play LONG games! Quick games are useful in their own right, but long games actually help you!

How are quick games unfair when the problem, a laggy computer, comes from your own end? Playing quick games when you know you have a laggy computer doesn't make a lot of sense I would say.

Yes, it isn't a matter of unfair or the like, it more a matter of taste.  Don't like them...don't play!

Quick games aren't unfair. If your connection is too slow then don't play them.
