the Good News: live chess is stable. games no longer disconnect (well, not OUR fault, sometimes users do). friends list has returned. private chat coming next week. live is doing very very well!

the Bad News: we need to reset games/stats again (but we will NOT change ratings).

i'll send you a message reminder, but just wanted to give everyone a heads up that we will wipe stats one more time - probably thursday.

live is becoming very good, and the quality of the players at the top is gradually improving i think - a good sign.  a minor glitch i noticed is that games longer than 300 (?) moves don't show up in the archive. (had a 318 and 482 move game, draw and loss respectively, fortress type positions, that's why the games so long) against comp-3, 2-1 time controls this evening. got and lost the points and result though.

I must say I give it a go too see if it was actually any better, and Live chess is a lot better quality than what it used to be.
