Hi everyone, my name is Dennis and I have a question about my account during Live Chess. My account has been restricted for some time now, and after reading the "Fair Play policy" I understood why it had been restricted. But that was some time ago, and it's still not... um... "un-restricted"!

I have actually two questions, now that I think about it - I'll get right to them. The first is, what do I have to do to have my account "un-restricted"? (Sorry, English isn't my native language so I couldn't think of a better word to use.) It's been restricted for at least two weeks now. And for my second question, what exactly is it? A restricted account, I mean. I haven't noticed any "restrictions" at all while in this state.

So, I know these may be quite insignificant questions, but I'd simply like to know all the same. Thanks in advance!

i don't know how to un-restric an account, they are not clear on that.

you second question. When you want to play Live with people that is not on your frind list you have to wait some 5 minutes before being able to start a game.
