a few times i have tried to accept draw and hit the disable chat cus its right ontop of the decline option this needs to be changed

If you move your mouse cursor between the game chat and main chatroom till the cursor has an arrow on either end, a faint blue line appears. You should then be able to drag that up or down depending on which chat area you want making larger.
