Hi all.

First message here, hope I'm posting in the right place.

I've been playing live for some time now and I'd like to submit to your attention some random thoughts:

1) After logging in, a popup is shown asking if I want to "Open a new seek": why not simply show the New Seek popup instead?

2) The Seeks panel really needs some work, but there's already a thread about it: hope to see those improvements soon.

3) When "rematching" the chat window is reset: kinda annoying. Frown

4) Opera support would be nice, Firefox works nicely though.

5) After a disconnection I never managed to reconnect unless I close FF: can this be fixed?

6) A take-back button would really be welcome or, at the very least, a way to abort a game after mutual agreement.

7) Dragging pieces sometimes doesn't work well (most probably fat fingers on my end Smile): would it be possible to add support for making moves by selecting a piece and then clicking its destination square?

Thanks for reading so far and apologies for my English.

Sorry, just realized #7 is already implemented: don't know how I missed that. Frown

thanks!

1. will consider

2. yep - working on it.

3. agreed :)

4. i think Opera needs to work on the fix :( we are a small company compared to them and if the other major browsers work, they need to step it up.

5. stinks. will investigate.

6. in the future.

7. yes, already done :)

Hi erik and thanks for taking time to reply.

I'd just like to add, about #7, that I didn't notice at first probably because mouse interaction is not ideal.

If I click on a piece when it's not my turn, nothing happens actually: I think it would be better If I could select one of my pieces (and see what I have selected) regardless, at least I'd know the click worked.

Regards.

Alessandro
