Stalling Game Intentionally

In the Bullet Game, an annoying thing is when your opponent has to know that he was under threat of checkmate or he has lost quality, and then he just stalling game intentionally (disconnected), while he is also not willing to give up until press time expired and he could avoid defeat by checkmate.

Could be a connection issue or merely a desperate search for a way out, but a player may use his/her time as deemed appropriate as it is their time.  Though with longer games, the 'fair play' policy should apply for patterns of unreasonable delays. 

Surely with a bullet game, no one is going to quibble over something less than a minute or two's stalling being 'annoying'?

In the case of my game as seen in the link above, it's clear that the time delay isn't unreasonable, considering he only has one option Kh1 and will be followed by my move Rf1 # (Mate).

A bullet game takes 1 or 2 minutes. We have to be patient. Something will happen.

It is a bullet game. By definition there is no long period of stalling because the game is so short. You'll win in a minute so why worry about it?

I'd only be concerned if it was happening in a 30-45 minute game and the person intentionally stalled out the last 20 minutes hoping you'd close the window and they could trick you into losing on time yourself.

I hope chess allows us to play more than one game at once! 

I am getting fed up of people stalling on a lost position and not being able to play another game until that one ends!!!
