Would really like an explanation for how this is possible. I've timed out in numerous games when my clock should have been going up by 1 second on every move (legal pre-moves made with 1 second increment). I see 6 or 7 seconds on my clock...then bang...the other player wins due to time out. Is it even possible to explain this?
