Not sure exactly what you are implying. Your last game was lost by you abandoning the game, or your system was disconnected and the system sees that as abandoned. That is marked as a violation of the Fair-Play policy.
If it doesn't happen a lot, you have nothing to worry about. That really only has an impact if you are abandoning too many games.
