I'm Black and it was my move so my last move was Pawn on d3 to d2. Then it was his turn and then a message appeared and said game is a draw stalemate???? WTF???? How is this so when whites kings can move to g2????

I was playing live chess when this happened and i was using the iphone app so if there are problems with the app then caould someone please let me know ?

White has no legal moves. Lesson learned hopefully.

The g2 square is covered by your bishop.

Because can't move without moving into check.

Classic case of beginners greed.  Take it as an imprtant learning lesson.
