Rcxf7 Nxf7 Rxf7 or Rfxf7 Nexf7 Rxf7 or Rfxf7 Nhxf7 Rxf7

But the problem with the first and last solutions is that the bishop can block - It would take three moves.

Edit: I see it now: Rxc4 bxc4 Qxc4

Interesting  :)

I'm thinking of 1. Kc8 so white can unblock the bishop on a8.  This helps control the f3 square and threatens 2. N1e2#.  Black's rook and queen are pinned so black cannot use those pieces to help prevent the mate threat unless black tries 1...Qf5+ 2. Rxf5# or 1...Re4 2. Qxe4#.  The only other ways that I see that black can prevent 2. N1e2# is to play either 1...Nf3, 1...Nd3, 1...Nd7, or 1...Ng6 then 2. Rxc4# or 1...Nc6 2. Rcxf7# which results in double attacks on the black king.

Edit (addition made by phmilet):

There is one last way for black to prevent 2.N1e2#, which is 1... e2 2. Qd2#.

White can't play 1. Rxc4 because it is pinned to the black queen.  :)
