sry, rather than drawing, black can can do 1...Qf2+, and then take the rook without getting forked

I tried to simplify this (from the position that inspired this puzzle) and removed some pieces, but i shouldn't have and it turns out that Rxe6 is a draw (not a win for black), rook Rd1 seems to be better than Rxe6
