OK so this position happened in one of my games.  I was black.  It is whites turn to move.  What do you all suggest? 

And yes I have given the answer as to what I think is the best move.  The alternative is what actually happened in the game. 

It is actually rather irrelevant what white does when promoting the pawn.  After h8=N+, black can just play Kf6 and all possible moves by white (Kf8, Ng6, Nf7) either allow mate or losing the knight.
