    No, but if 1. ... Kd7, then 2. Qxc6+ Kxc6 (or Nxc6), 3. Rxh8, winning the Rook.

    Isn't black going to close the rook anyway?

    I think Kd7 is better. The bishop stays on e6 and protects the pawn on c4.

    I think "the other guy" made a bad move.
