This is a great endgame position. I enjoyed solving this one and thought others might as well.
Personally, I would just have used the Q+K vs K+P technique.
I'm not really sure what that is... I think I might have seen it before though. Does in involve slowly bringing your king down to the action?
If anyone has a puzzle or diagram illustrating that, I would greatly appreciate it.

Well, that technique line can be improved by a lot, for example is there no need to check the king in front of the pawn if it, as is the case on moves 8 and 10, is pinned so that it cannot advance anyway. Also, it's useful to know that should the queen get in front of the pawn, the position is absolutely trivial as she cannot be forced away from there.
