Unfortunately, it does.
I was sure the solution was 1... Rh2.
1..Rh2 is superior to the proposed solution.
Original Position: black to play, mate in 2
Edited Position: black to play, mate in 3
Shoopi, thanks for pointing that out, I only had a very short amount of time on my clock when this position came up in a game of mine, and so I didn't see the alternative mate.
Now it is 2 problems.
