i have a big question !
i can find the answer of this puzzles. because you say this is a checkmate puzzle. but in the game i less find this good moves. like sacrifice of queen.
problem #4 was a series of beautiful moves !!
I'd say a sacrifice of a queen is acceptable if and only if it leads directly to a checkmate wouldn't you agree. Thanks for your comment tho.
easy puzzles but nice puzzles
of course !!
this is obvious.
but exist many positions that we can trade queen with some pieces to reach to a easy end game when our opponent has no queen.
good and practical positions.
6 and 7 are Fischer's ideas
all checkmate puzzles were wonderful...like it...
why is a problem that i posted in the past there??,the 1.Qf3 one??
Sorry Cobra677 you must be mistaken. I post puzzles from a chess book I own, and if you look closely I posted this puzzle before you were even a member at this website. Again sorry for the confusion.
