In this study it is White who has a dangerous passed pawn. How can White usher the pawn through to promotion? Win with white moving first. Try to do it on the board. (Please read the annotations)
Hint: If Black can safely play ...e4, then the position will be a draw because his bishop will hold up the pawn long enough for the Black king to round it up. White's one and only priority is to prevent ...e4 and he shouldn't shrink from unconventional methods to achieve this aim.
