This puzzle simply doesn't work. White plays way too many blunders. Black leaves his queen hanging at least once, and the white king could easily defend his queens when asked to step out of the way. This is a simple win for white.

Move 3: Kd7?? Woah. Kc6 is WAY better. Same thing with move 7 and 13.

Move 4: How does Qb3+ not work?

Move 8: Notation is Qg7+??. Black is hanging his queen! Qa1xg7 is just sad for black. (I used long notation so locating the white queen is easier.)

Moves 9-11: Why is white moving his king more and more towards the flank?

    Move 22-23 : Qb7 would be mate.

Overall, the puzzle is full of blunders by both teams (especially white). Sorry, but that's just the truth.

This isn't forced, unfortunately.  Each time you skewer the King and Queen, the King could instead move to a square still adjacent to the Queen.  Then if the Black Queen captures, White's King captures back, and Black's comback is stalled.

Amusingly, you do have a forced Queen skewer off the bat with ...Qe4+.  The only square from which White's King can protect one of his harem is c6, but that is now under attack as well, so White must abandon his Queen.  White would do so with something like Ke6, so that upon ...Qxb7 Black has regained the initiative and can go about forcing a Queen trade and winning the ensuing Queen and King versus King endgame.

Here's an example I got from an engame tablebase:
