Try this one out. Easy mate in three.
very obvious one, but nice.
very obvious one, but nice. may be it could be 1. Qf7 Rf7xQf7 2.Re8#
that's too easy,, i have a puzzle but not the same position but the same principle
My ongoing game might make a good "novice" puzzle. It's possible black blundered, but I think the K going the other way would lead to mate. Thoughts?
1...Kh8 and how do you mate in three?
Furthermore, how many of the daily puzzles come from these suggestions? Pretty much all of them that I've seen have been lifted directly off of ShredderChess.com
Phalanx, move 44 Ke7 and black will keep going up and down if you keep checking. but white's going to win anyway so =) also move 43 Kd8 and if you checking the black king keep moving to Kd7 and back to Kd8 etc so it doesnt really work no. =)
Unless u mean work as in DRAW! =D lol just kidding. perpetual is so useful sometimes. i might make a puzzle about that.
Puzzle ot the top of this forum - is the first move bB5+?
if Black's King captures the queen, White's Rook to the h file is mate.
got one I made up: 6 move mate. I call it ''stairway to heaven''. There are two ways, and I decided to do this, it is more entertaining.
I change the names. here are new names
1. Another rook, another Shortcut
2. Stairway to Heaven
3. One extra Move
Heres another. it's called ''Forcing Stalemate''.
how do you do fen or pgn format. Some one help me
No checkmate, just a forceful push to the endgame.
if you like being down a queen and an exchange that is fantastic....
1. rxe8 CHECK...knight interposes and queen takes your rook
I will try this eventually
