The first move is Nd6 mate.
winning move is Nd6.
How is that not possible to see
Nd6 is mate in one.
An easy puzzle, mate in 3. I wanted to show winning of a side with considerably less material.
good puzzle, but 2...be6 delays mate by a turn, so isn't it technically mate in 4?
hey i think if we capture the pawn with the rook i think thats checkmate!!
chessnoob, what is wrong with 1.Rxh5 mate??
some wierd moves.. but i like it ^^
I get 1. Rh5 mate. On post #18 (Yes 1.Nd6 on #17) DONE. Too many weird moves on #17

Lots of posts, many puzzles. One down, more to go !
is the machine starting to break down or something?
This is my puzzle. I hope you enjoy it. The difficulty level is medium/hard. There might be alternate moves that I didn't work out.
Taja in this one, Rook can take knight. its not forced, your other one was actually better =)
miyagi's one is impossible, and also which way is the pawn going?
But to trade a rook for a knight is quite stupid if it isn't necessary. But you're probably right.
Try this one out. Easy mate in three.
Nice and a little bit tricky...
