    White looks kind of busted here anyway, his knight on a4 is too far from the action and even in danger of being trapped (after Bd4).

    Anyway, what happens if white makes a different rook move? for instance, 2. Rc1?

    this is so far the only way i see how hite can prevent queening..but the amount of sacrifices white will have to do to stop it will lead black to an easy win

     

    oh and Rc1 is impractical.. white has to put rook on kingside to avoid Rd1+ which will lead to queening
