I thought this was an outstanding topic to post!!

(I'm ready to read someone to write, "It's already in someone else's blog...")

I guessed correctly the first game, chosen mainly because of some surprise moves (g5 and b4). The second game seemed to "boring" and logical, and the third game just blew away my mind, but then again, so do almost all of Tal's games.

Thanks!

Thanks Nimzovich.

It was good fun to put together. I think that Tal's game stands out because it is a whirlwind of tactics. Tactics is somethings that most players are comfortable with, however, the positional moves of Capablanca's game could seem mechanical. Well, I suppose he was nicknamed the ''chess machine' :)

Anyway, thanks for taking part. Feel free to compose your own if you fancy. I'm guessing there would be a Nimzovich game there somewhere :)

Oh, and well done for getting it right!

I think the first one is Deep Thought. I'm not skilled in spotting computer techniques, I think I just recognize the forced mate.
