Does "he will only move his king" include if he has to move something else(e.g. no escape square, must block).
Yes, the rules are simple. The white player may only move his king no matter what. You cannot block, because that would require moving NOT your king. The first move, however, is 1. e3 (because you can't move the king as it is trapped behind your pawn wall).
You, playing black, must determine the surefire fastest way to checkmate the fleeing king.
