    Black can play 14... Kd6 instead of Kf8.

    15 e4 Qxd7
    16 Rxd7+ Kxd7 
    17 Qg7+

    White still wins here, but Black can hold on for a while.

    yes indeed .. black could have lasted bit longer but white had tremendous positional advantage
