It would not have been check mate earlier anyway
If you would have got rid of the queen before it was a queen it would have been stalemate.
Of course it's stalemate; I forgot to check it out. I answered automatically without diagram. Only remembered that the tablebase showed me the fastest way. (Sorry, if bad English).
