    NO

White can simply ignore the rook . He don't have to take on the rook.

    Lord-Chaos

hehe very nice, i got this one my first go and dc1985, how can black win? blacks pieces are all blocked by his own pawns

    dc1985

    I stand corrected... My bad!

EDIT: Lord-Chaos, that was if- and only if- White chose to take the offered Rook.

well, not a lot of puzzles are realistic.

and would you take a look at Sam Loyd's puzzles, How many of them are realistic(what is unrealistic? bad promotions, a knight in a corner, white/ black has an enormous material advantage, etc.)
