    Move the white's b-file pawn 1.b6 . Black's best move is to capture white's 'b' pawn. (Ignore recapuring black's pawn and move white's pawn). If capture was made with 'a' pawn move white's 'c' pawn, if capture was made with 'c' pawn, move white's 'a' pawn. Now black's best move is to capture white's pawn with it's 'b' pawn. Now move white's last and only pawn front. Before black promotes it's pawn or black king to capture, white can promote it's pawn and start attacking...

    I read this puzzle in a chess book few weeks before...
