really good - I initially tried to play it the trade pieces route - to the same end  but yours was great and so much quicker -- thanks for sharing - I'd have never seen it on my own (i.e., "solution")

Actually, it's rather intricately thought out.  For example, one other try (1 Qa3 cd 2 Re2 de 3 Qxc5) fails to 3... e1/N+.
