Good puzzle - plausible position as well (strangely for an underpromotion puzzle).

The knight on d2 maybe makes the first move obvious, but the sac and underpromotion on c8 completely unexpected

Thanks!  :)  I might make some more later in the near future.  :)  With a black knight on d2 white might be tempted to play Nxd2+ and then Nxf3.

Excellent! Some underpromotion problems seem obvious. This one did not.
