I'm pretty sure its impossible. I have a (possibly flawed) proof of that fact but it's kinda hard to explain it.Here is beatiful solution to a similar possition:

it is quite easy. the move order is like that . 1.e4 e6 2.Bc4 c6 3.Bxe6 dxe6 and here it is my friend!
Yes, I agree that it is very easy to create it in 3 moves. That's why I called topic "It looks easy". But if you add one more move it becomes much harder...
