I don't understand why white should want to draw if he can win... 4.Qxd3 wins.

Oh well, it was a nice idea

1. Bd4 is the best move, definitely, not e5+ as you put in the puzzle. After 1. Be5+ white is still able to win (I would take the bishop instead of moving the king though).
