IMO that would never happen. Black would simply capture the white queen with either his king or queen, and then simply mow down on the pawns or checkmate him with the two queens.

That does not make sense.  After 3. h8=Q  Black would mate with 3...Qe1

You can put himi n check with 2 queens, why would you need to promote your 3rd pawn. Also why wouldn't the king take the queen, that would of avvoided the whole situation.
