Yes, eric, that's the mate in 3 in the position.  In fact, that's how I got the idea for this:  someone in an earlier posting featured that mate (with the pawn on h2) and I said that there would be a mate in 2 with the pawn on h4 (and this is it).

It took me less than 5 seconds to solve (1.Qh6+...followed by 2.Rh8+) and it took me 5 days to post this reply...lol!

Black could have even taken the queen with the pawn and it wouldn't have mattered as Rh8 still mates.
