Mate in 3 - Using All Pieces

I got to this position in a game and wanted to find the fastest checkmate. The solution ended up being interesting for a puzzle that was not set up. Good Luck :D Let me know if you see anything different.

Nice.

'Tis a pity that 3. Qb5# is also possible. Ah well, 3. Qb5# also uses all the pieces [the Q needs the N's support to prevent 3... KxQ] - but not *directly* ... if i spotted this sort of thing in a game i'd certainly go for your more-elegant Na4#.

 I went through on Na4#; after I realized the option Qb5# showed by diomed1 is valid too. Nice.
