Hmm, I must be blind. I don't see a forced mate in 2 atm. Qxf5+, Kh6, Qh7 isn't checkmate as the king can move back to Kg5.

Wow.  Nice puzzle.  dave is right though, Extraordinary, your sequence isn't mate.

Answer:
Qh7

If Qg4 then Ne4#
If Qxh7 (most obvious) then Bxf4#
If Qxh3+ then Nxh3#
If Qxb1 then gxh4# or Bxf4#
If hxg3 then Rxh5#
etc.
