I think this is a draw because although white looks like he/she will win, black can take the pawn on d4 later because of black's annoying passed pawn and then black can gain the opposition on the last pawn if he plays accuractely. DRAW

"white to move" is extremely misleading.  If it's white to move, white wins.  The position with the doubled pawns on the a file is very nice though.
